Where is my order?
You get a tracking email as soon as your parcel leaves. If it's been more than 48 hours since that email and nothing has moved, send us your order number and we'll chase it.
I need help choosing a size
Send us your pet's breed, weight and two measurements — nose to base of tail, and floor to shoulder — and we'll tell you exactly which size to take. The size guide explains how to measure.
I want to return something
You have 30 days from delivery. Email us your order number and what you'd like to return, and we'll send the return address and instructions the same day.
